Bethany Michalski

I'm Bethany.

Currently a junior doubling in film and journalism at Towson University, I am interested in documentary production, conflict photography, food culture, and producing online content for multimedia platforms.

I have been working as an independent photographer with focus on wedding videos, wedding photography, and portraits for the past four years. I began simply when friends started asking for pictures of them to spruce up their Facebook’s, and now my business has expanded exponentially! I began video production about two years ago when I joined Towson’s film department.

I’m also a member of LKT, Towson’s Film Fraternity. LKT is a co-ed media society centered on the arts, and more specifically film. We host a variety of events from workshops, to festivals, and create our own productions every year.

My dream is to work one day as a photojournalist or documentarian focusing on food, music, and the arts.
