SIMPLY MINDFUL

Beth applies learning theory and human development research to mindfulness and meditation. She helps you build habits and experience real results that match the way your brain processes information.

The Approach

Beth is a certified mindfulness meditation leader and educational specialist dedicated to making mindfulness practical, personal, and effective. With two degrees in Education and a career spent studying human behavior, Beth moves beyond one-size-fits-all meditation. She focuses on the bridge between learning styles and contemplative practice, helping you understand how your unique mind processes the world so you can find a mindfulness practice that actually sticks.

From Theory to Practice

Her methodology is rooted in the belief that mindfulness is a skill to be learned, not just a state of mind. By connecting established learning theories with grounded meditation techniques, Beth helps you move past abstract concepts to see and feel real results in your own human development. Whether through breathwork, movement, or sound, her goal is to help you achieve a state of radical self-acceptance through a practice that fits your life.

The Foundation

Beth’s unique perspective is informed by a career dedicated to strategy and research. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Bowling Green State University and her Master’s in Education from the University of Toledo. She has served in leadership roles in education, local non-profits, and previously owned her own meditation studio. Through these experiences, Beth has mastered the art of translating complex data into actionable insights, a skill she now applies to the study of mindfulness and human behavior.
