With a career-long passion for helping people accomplish their most audacious goals, Beth Cordone helps companies fulfill their mission by creating harmonious and resilient teams.

With over a decade of experience, Beth believes good teams can be transformed into amazing ones by giving them the right process architecture and by implementing modified SCRUM methodologies.

While Agile was initially created for IT development teams, modified SCRUM can empower non-technical teams to retain all the benefits of being Agile. These modifications enable individual teams and cross collaboration teams to spend more time on projects, and less on the project operational activities.

On the side, Beth enjoys immersing herself in new cultures through travel. She currently lives in San Francisco, CA and continues to expand her beer koozie collection.
