Co-Founder at The Emperor's Old Clothes in Lawrence, New York
Beth Honig is an entrepeneur, a fashion enthusiast, a proud wife and mother, and an active member of her local community. A Baruch College alum with a background in business administration, Beth has pursued a number of her interests over the years, culminating in the cosignment shop she has run for close to two decades with cofounder Debi Rudensky. Beth also co-founded and ran a successful frozen yogurt establishment for two years. She is not afraid to make changes in her own career-- especially if it allows her to make positive changes for others.
Beth has watched her own family succeed in chasing their dreams as well. Her daughter created a kosher custom dessert company, while one of her sons founded an educational management startup. Outside of these individual pursuits, the family-- particularly Beth and her husband Ed Honig-- are proud to create and maintain a lasting legacy through the Edward and Beth Honig Family Foundation. Active throughout Lawrence, New York, the foundation collaborates with many different groups and sponsors events which help children who have disabilities or suffer from illnesses.
