I recently retired as a trial attorney at Klein Frank, PC, a law firm that I founded in 1992.

My interests are writing, oil painting and playing string instruments and piano. I love travel, and I study Spanish every day. I love long walks like the Nakasendo and the Camino. I just successfully climbed Mt. Fuji!

I helped write anti-human trafficking laws for many states and nations for free. I have successfully sued powerful military contractors for abuses in Iraq. I set many record verdicts and took extremely complex and difficult cases.
