Recognized as a Top 500 Plaintiff's Lawyer in the United States in 2007, Beth Klein has managed and served as the primary trial attorney of her Boulder, Colorado-based law firm since 1993. Taking primarily products liability cases, Beth Klein has participated in numerous class action lawsuits, which have earned her clients millions of dollars. For one of her cases, she served as the intervener and discovery counsel in the Sulzer hip prosthesis and knee prosthesis products liability litigation, which resulted in more than $1 billion in compensation for more than 27,000 individuals.
Beyond her specialty in products liability, Beth Klein is a human rights activist and passionate supporter of victims of torture, slavery, and human trafficking. Beyond providing representation to those individuals, she also wrote the State of Colorado's anti-human trafficking laws in 2010 and 2011.
For her activism, Ms. Klein was a CNN Hero nominee in 2009 and earned the Georgia Imhoff Activist Award in 2011. She was also named to More Magazine's 50 Women in the World You Want on Your Side. Her human service work also extends to providing leadership training to women from all over the world.
Beth Klein earned her juris doctor from the University of Denver and holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Truman State University.
