After a career in the Human Resources field I launched VIVID Workplace which assists businesses in maximizing their potential through strategic solutions. I help organizations create and sustain a collaborative work culture where transparency is embraced, communication flows freely and professional growth is encouraged. Some of my most fulfilling work is supporting individuals in their quest for a career that aligns with their values and leverages their passions. When I'm not practicing my calling as a professional matchmaker and strategist, I love to spend quality time with my children, family and friends, as well as soak up nature in the garden, by the water, in the woods, and mountains. I believe in the power of positive thought and karma, and that everyone has the potential to contribute to our world in a meaningful way. Sometimes one just needs a little nudge to start moving in a fulfilling direction. I enjoy contributing to our community by serving as a Board Member for the Boys and Girls Club of Burlington and the Dress for Success Burlington affiliate.
