Beth Terrell
Attorney in Seattle, WA
I'm a consumers’ rights protection lawyer at The Financial Justice Initiative and a founding member of the Terrell Marshall Law Group PLLC.
I received my education from the University of California, Davis School of Law Order of the Coif J.D. and Gonzaga University magna cum laude B.A. Before founding Terrell Marshall Law Group, I was a member of Tousley Brain Stephens PLLC, where I practiced litigation for twelve years and was a frequent speaker at legal conferences on a wide variety of topics, including consumer class actions, employment litigation, and electronic discovery.
With more than twenty years of experience, I concentrate my practice in complex litigation, including the prosecution of consumer protection class actions. I have served as co-lead counsel on multi-state, multi-district, and nationwide class actions, resulting in hundreds of millions of dollars in settlements for consumers.
Being a President of the Public Justice Foundation Board of Directors, I serve on the Equal Justice Works’ Board of Counselors. In addition to my litigation and trial work, I also counsel small and medium-sized companies facing personnel and human resource issues and have represented both employees and employers in restrictive covenant litigation.
The Financial Justice Initiative is found to educate consumers about their legal rights and help them hold companies accountable when companies violate their rights. Our attorneys help consumers nationwide identify and fix inaccurate credit reporting, clear their records after identity theft, identify and reverse unauthorized charges, get money damages from companies that violate the law.
