Betsy Grossman

I counsel a wide variety of nonprofits, including operating charities, grantmaking foundations, and advocacy and political organizations, on federal tax, lobbying, government ethics, corporate governance, and campaign finance issues. I work with management, boards of directors, and program and legal staff to develop the best possible results for compliance, ongoing operations, and planned activities. I also represent organizations before the IRS and the Treasury Department.
