I work for Microsoft as a Community Program Manager with their industry leading global community programs, Microsoft’s Most Valued Professional (MVP) and Regional Directors (RD). I am a passionate community program manager who works with both offline and online technical communities.
Prior to working at Microsoft, I was the Chief Evangelist at TechSmith for Snagit, Camtasia, Jing, Camtasia Relay, ScreenChomp and Coach's Eye... I was also the Product Manager for Camtasia and Training Manager at TechSmith.
My job is all about community and our users.
