I'm Jennie Arrington, and I am late to the table, literally and figuratively, when it comes to eating foods that are good for me. Open heart surgery at age 48 got my attention, but the surgeons and the rehab nurses don't come to your house to do the shopping, prep, and cooking. Learning what to buy, how to prepare it and how to cook it is the EASY part. Staying motivated and focused is what's hard, and I'm exploring ways to keep it interesting and creative to have a positive impact on my health. I want to share what I learn to help others.
