Undergraduate students who love sports watching such as football and cricket should make sure to get some exercise as well! This is especially true if you're an introvert because not only does exercise help you to keep fit and healthy but it also provides mental health benefits. Going to the gym 3 times a week can lead to a more fulfilled and successful life because of this. In truth, most people find book reading difficult unless they are fond of reading themselves (which I can understand), but when there's downtime at home, business books are great distractions for anyone looking for motivation with their investment banking career since reading teaches us about ourselves through other people's stories. As for my daily routine, it includes going to the gym three times a week because working out helps me stay fit and promotes a healthy lifestyle so that eating right becomes easy for me throughout the rest of my calendar month.
