Services: *Light to firm touch therapy*~ formal training at McKinnon Institute of Massage & Body Work, a prestigious and intuitive school located in Oakland/Berkeley, California. Also, trained with National Holistic Institute school of Massage Located in Emeryville, California. Two incredible experiences! Not to mention-all of those great massages from instructors and fellow cohorts that we all were able indulge in 🤭 whilst studying.

*Holding certifications such as, Personal Trainer, (National Academy Of Sports Medicine & Lifetime Academy) Reiki (a Japanese style of energy and intuitive body work, NLP & Hypnosis, (an intense and hands on 2 year Master training program by Neuro Linguistic Programming of California and with the use of my innate and formal training in writing & communication abilities have only deepened my availabilities to communicate effectively.

I love the outdoors, hiking, biking, walking, lifting weights, jogging, swimming, being near the ocean, lakes, rivers, forests and streams are all healing & recharging for me.

One of my main purposes in my lifetime is to help as many people as I can. Serve or suffer has absolutely been a theme and knowing that I’ve had for quite a number of years now. Giving to others, truly is what brings me a sense of gratitude, purpose and deepens my inner humility & joy ~even makes me feel closer to the Creator.

From an early age, I have had intrinsic abilities to reach people my age and much, much (chronologically) older than myself merely with an authentic and healing presence. I didn’t realize that truth -when I was a child and teenager that I was healing many that I crossed paths with - until my internal spiritual and personal identity journey spontaneously bursted open in 2005!
