Bezil Sire is passionate about entrepreneurship , leadership development and growth. His mission in life is to create an environment where others can thrive . As a young African he has been trying to unify young leaders from various fields of expertise in Africa into a think tank that is aimed at solving Africa's most pressing issues. He is the founder and CEO of Dynamic Thought Leadership (DTL) a high growth leadership organization aimed at giving the African child the tools to become globally competitive. Annually he holds an event called the National Youth Leadership Summit where he unites young ambitious and passionate African leaders to form a unified leadership front in providing solutions through innovations. He runs a programme called the Future Founders 100 (FF 100 ) where he is disrupting the education institutions by creating a University where he teaches people to become employers and founders every two months. His students learn as they create. His mission is to create employment for Africa's exponential growing population / work force.
