Brian Gaffney

I am a consumer marketing professional with more than 10 years experience in Consumer Marketing, with Fortune 50 companies, and 5 years experience in Faith-Based Communications and Media. My specific expertise is in managing marketing campaigns during all phases of the Customer Lifecycle: acquisition, relationship management, loyalty and retention, across various channels: direct mail, email, mobile, print, telemarketing, and the web. Currently, I am pursuing a graduate degree in Branding, at the School of Visual Arts, to better understand the current and future impact of connecting a company’s personality with a consumer’s identity. I am passionate about ideas and opportunities that allow me to explore the points of intersection between branding, design, experience, and marketing.
