Beth C. Gardens

I was raised a simple country girl in northwest Montana. I wish I could share my childhood with everyone and wonder if it wouldn't make the world a better place .... I sometimes write about those days.

I've been married for 29 years to my high school sweetheart. We raised three children and now have a growing number of grandchildren. All of whom, we love and enjoy with all our hearts... I often write about them.

We live in the Cumberland Mountains, which is in the southeastern section of the Appalachians. The southern Appalachians boast over 2500 flowering plants, some of which cannot be found anywhere else in the world. I consider them to be, not only, the art work of the Creator but, a Gift to mankind as well.... they have helped to give me joy and health... and I write about that too.

I have a need to write and often surprise myself with what comes out the end of my fingers. You are most welcome to join me -whether you agree with what I write or not- in my search for that elusive way to "change the world" one written word at a time.

Oh... didn't you know that writers have a secret hope that maybe, one day, what they write will change the world? ....or at least someone or something anyway....
