Brad Groden is semi-retired from the financial services industry and has over three decades of experience in loan servicing. He managed Trax Financial’s Master Servicing, Default Servicing, and Special Servicing departments. Brad’s expert knowledge of mid to large scale servicing operations has proven to be a tremendous asset to Trax as the company grows. Brad also has worked in consumer, mortgage and commercial servicing.

Previous to Trax, Brad Groden was with CitiFinancial, a Ctigroup Company, from 2007 to 2013, where he served as a Loan Servicing Manager and was promoted to Vice President of Loan Servicing. His responsibilities included restructuring and managing servicing operations of 60mm. During his tenure at Citi, he received two Quality Excellence awards and was admitted to Citi’s prestigious Senior Management Development Program.
