Brian Hagopian

Hi, I’m Brian Hagopian — part jack-of-all-trades, part storyteller, part “let’s-figure-this-out” guy. I’m basically powered by faith, family, and the occasional brilliant idea that appears at 2:14 AM for no apparent reason (the Holy Spirit).

I’m passionate about helping people grow, build, and step into who they were meant to be. Think of me as the friend who will hype you up, challenge you, and then reorganize your plan, so it actually makes sense.

A Few Things You Should Know:

I love working with young adults — mostly because they’re passionate, teachable, and keep me feeling younger than my knees suggest I am.

I believe clarity is a superpower. So is a good quality tool.

I teach, write, speak, build, and occasionally stare into the distance like I’m in a documentary about leadership.

If you give me a whiteboard and 20 minutes, I’ll give you a plan, a strategy, and probably a motivational speech.

What I Actually Do (In Non-Dramatic Terms):

I help people grow.
I make a crisis into an opportunity.
I encourage all to become strong, rooted, Christ-centered souls.
And somewhere between all of that, I keep discovering God’s faithfulness in the process.

Random Brian Facts:

I take notes like a detective solving a case.

I believe every great idea deserves a good title.

I will absolutely reference a Bible story in normal conversation, and no, I’m not sorry.

I think humor makes everything better — especially awkward introductions like this one.
