I am an expert in social media recruiting and actively use Corporate LinkedIn , Facebook, Twitter, Jigsaw and Youtube to hunt down the best passive candidates to present job opportunities to. I learned how to find passive candidates by searching LinkedIn with a complex Boolean search string that Google searches rather than using LinkedIn for Recruitment's search engine. It works great!
