Bhavika works at Smarterer, a Pluralsight company, as a Client Services Associate where she thrives on helping clients achieve their goals. She enjoys being the conduit between client and company and using the voice-of-customer to help shape product and processes.

Prior to joining Smarterer, she spent over three years at General Electric where she gained extensive experience in project management, process development, client relationship management and business development and strategy through her time in the Commercial Leadership Program and her role as an Account Manager.

Outside of work, Bhavika is a seeker of adventure, whether it’s through reading, traveling or trying new things. She relishes a good challenge, conversation and cut of cheese and never turns down a cup of coffee.
