Bhenoy Dembla

A non-executive director and advisory board member with PRECITEX, Bhenoy “Ben” Dembla serves on the board of directors for parent company Precision Rubber Industries. Drawing on an extensive background in electrical engineering, Bhenoy “Ben” Dembla also focuses on raising venture capital for endeavors in fields such as technology, commercial real estate, hotels, and storage facilities.

A graduate of Syracuse University, B. Dembla holds a bachelor of science in electrical engineering with minors in mathematics and economics and a master of business administration in finance and corporate accounting from the University of Rochester’s Simon Business School. After earning his MBA, he spent 9 years with General Chemical, originally a part of Allied Signal and now known as Honeywell Corporation. B. Dembla joined the company as an MBA intern in corporate finance and served in several analyst and sales capacities. He eventually headed sales across the company’s midwestern region. He also worked as a project engineer with AutoDynamics and ABB-Simcon. Ben Dembla gives back to the community through support of a number of charitable organizations including the Hooved Animal Rescue & Protection Society.
