Howdy, I’m Bhushan. I’m an IT recruiter living in Pune. I am a BA graduate from Pune University and I am a fan of travel, food, and painting. I’m also interested in music and yoga.

I was started my carrier in HR and Recruitment field as my passion, I choose this field because I like to communicate to new people and to improve my communication skills as well, I have 7 yrs of experience in Human Resource and Recruitment field. I started my carrier as an Associate –RPO Research, where i actually started to understand the process of hiring and recruitment, along with this learning phase i also learnt MS - Office, Excel specially where i can easily handle my data at any time, then i started to handle different IT and non-IT profiles as per my company requirement. and now this journey is reached to Orbit Techsol and since last 3 years I am a part of it, where i am still learning my skills from my senior and other colleagues, and i hope this journey will continue for long term.
