I am a Sydney based wellness professional. I moved to Sydney, Australia from Wanaka, New Zealand in 2002.

I use my business platform to educate people on the core benefits of healthy eating and how to focus on wellness through the busy lifestyles we all live today. I am dedicated to changing people's lives through health and wellness.

Outside of work I'm a mum to three yound children; Harper, Winter and Finn. With my partner Tim Waugh our family of 5 resides in Sydney. My passions are cooking, travelling and skiing.
