I am an Innovator, Educator, advocate for Sustainable development and a Creative.

My name is Biebele Joy Friday Eretoru, a passionate and dynamic professional with 6 years of experience as a fashion designer and a firm commitment to advancing sustainable practices and youth empowerment through education and development. My journey bridges creative industries, scientific research, and business management, reflecting a deep drive to create lasting impact.

As a fashion design facilitator, I have trained students both online and offline, sharing my expertise in design, pattern-making, garment production, fashion career development and fashion Project Management. On @Superprof.ng, I serve as a fashion tutor, mentoring individuals to achieve their creative goals. My role as a fashion education consultant allows me to develop strategies that enhance fashion curriculums and promote sustainable fashion practices. Through my work as the Creative Director of BJ’s KORNA, I’ve successfully produced and sold over 100 garments both within Nigeria and internationally, while executing key projects like garment production for two retail brands in Abuja and one in Uganda.

I am the founder of ORFSKAP INITIATIVE which empowers orphaned children with ethical fashion skills, fostering their independence and creativity. My commitment to community development is evident in initiatives like the community Ankara craft training program for young girls in 2016, which was the first project I managed in Port Harcourt alongside Bereni Eretoru. I have also Facilitated Fashion training at the Rivers State University EDC under the TOTAL/Elf host communities skill acquisition program, developing training curriculum and training instructions. My academic background as a Plant Biotechnologist with 2 years of experience in plant tissue culture complements my MBA specialization in Business Management: Human Resources, where I’ve gained 3 years of experience in HR, administration, and customer relationship management. I am a Certified Project Management Artisan Trainer (PMAT) by CIPMN (Chattered Institute of Project Managers of Nigeria), with 5 years of project Management / Program Coordination experience.
