Bienvenido Espinosa Cano

Hi. I have been involved in software and information systems for more than 15 years. I have had the chance to work in several sectors, from telco, naval or pharma to aeronautics companies. This has helped me to enlarge my mindset and to develop a set of essentials management skills.

After a period in which I have run different Agile software development teams, now I am the General Manager for Berger-Levrault España, a cross-industry international software publisher. My main duty areas are marketing, sales and services, where the major challenges are change management, developing a professional service culture by implementing new policies and procedures, employee incentives and benefits and onboarding new business.

I am pasionate about strategy, marketing, technology and design. I’m also interested in music, meditation, sports, personal productivity and tea. I love to try new ways of thinking and living.
