Big Sky Environmental after reconditioning the once barren landscape, Big Sky Environmental opened its doors on September 1, 2015. Today, they accept up to 25,000 tons of solid waste daily and can accept waste from the forty-eight contiguous states. Along with being the premiere solid waste disposal facility in Alabama, Big Sky Environmental supports numerous community activities in Adamsville, Alabama.
