Bikram Yoga Brighton has made my life more balanced, and has been a personal lifesaver. After being involved in a car accident,yoga helped return my damaged neck to being pain free. My shoulders and neck are no longer constantly stiff and uptight. Each day, every course teaches me to be pleased with what I can give. My high standards for myself and others means always trying my best,in Bikram yoga and in life. And I constantly strive for that extra mile when required. I really believe that all ages can and should practice Bikram yoga, especially those from eight to nine years upward. Life, particularly for young people these days, is hectic; which is why it is vitally important to take the time to speak to your inner self. My dream would be to educate the next generation of Bikram yoga champions and to continue to hone my skills in reading the body and evaluating weaknesses.
