Certified in massage therapy/kinesiology, with Cortiva institute of sports medicine,with 14yrs personal training experience. Co- founder of a mobile cross training work out at Baldwin park called BNFIT. We are a unique mobile cross training program based out of Orlando, FL, that caters to all levels of physical condition.
