I grew up in inner city Boston during the 60s and 70s and graduated from Boston Latin in 1983.

After graduating from Connecticut College 1988 I spent eight years in Washington DC, and then seventeen years living in Europe, the last fourteen in Paris.

I currently live in Westchester county NY with my wife and three boys ages 16, 13, and 9.
