Bill Lawliss

I’ve spent my entire career trying to solve problems. That’s what I like to do and that’s what I think builds long term relationships. There is no long term value in selling somebody something they don’t need and won’t solve their problem. Most of my career, since 1988, has been based around solving problems at the opening – that is commercial doors, frames, and finish hardware. I typically need to translate finish hardware for people outside the industry as locksets, closers, exit devices, and items on the doors they see at schools, hospitals, libraries, restaurants, office buildings, and other commercial buildings they may visit. I am an architectural door and hardware consultant and assist people with their door and hardware needs and problems. I work with people inside the industry such as distributors, inside the construction industry such as Architects and contractors, and people or companies that have commercial renovation or new construction projects. Since I am involved with the opening, I am involved with security and therefore am part of the security team that should be involved with any construction project. Please feel free to contact me if you have a door or hardware problem, or if I can assist you with security at the opening.
