Bill Potter is a workforce development professional, author, playwright, volunteer, and retired Army Lt. Colonel. He is deputy director of the Delaware Workforce Investment Board where he provides policy guidance on matters pertaining to the state’s publicly funded workforce system. He is currently working to lower the unemployment rate for returning veterans between the ages of 18 and 24. He is the author of “The Long Walk: From Lymphoma to Survivor.” In his spare time he is chairman of the Mission Services Committee for the Delaware Chapter of the Leukemia Lymphoma Society (LLS). He is also writing a play, with the help of the Chapel Street Player in Newark Delaware. The play’s working title is, "Cancer: It Is Not For Everyone.” Bill hopes to use LinkedIn to widen his network and expand opportunities.
