Social entrepreneur, policy aide, and U.S. Navy Officer. Prior to co- founding First In Education he served in the U.S. Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee as a research aide, in the White House National Economic Council as a policy aide, and as national coordinator for a nationwide non-profit and regional campaign manager for two statewide high profile campaigns. Bill received his MSc. in philosophy, public policy, and economics from the London School of Economics and his B.S. in business management, finance, and spanish from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. In 2007 Bill received an ISEO scholarship to study economics under two Nobel Economists. He has tutored at the Durham Literacy Center and is currently a member of the American Economic Association and Fellowship Lodge 687 in Durham.
