Bill has developed significant perspective on Social Loyalty, the next generation of customer marketing that embraces Consumer 2.0, now representing over 150 Million people in the US.

Bill is the publisher of the Loyalty Truth blog, a unique source of independent and unbiased insights in customer centric marketing, and is a founding Member of the Customer Strategy Network, a global alliance of independent CRM and loyalty marketing practitioners. He serves as North American Contributing Editor for The Wise Marketer, a global publication covering the loyalty marketing industry, and is a member of the Retail Wire Brain Trust.

In early 2012, Bill was named as Consulting Practice leader and a a member of Aimia's Knowledge Development team lead by Rick Ferguson. He also serves as an Advisory Board member of Badgeville, a leading gamification provider, and Zavee, a social shopping coalition loyalty program based in Boca Raton, Florida.

While he has often been told that playing golf leads to more sales, Bill has found that a good long run is the best medicine to stimulate creative thinking. Over the past decade or so, he has competed in marathons, open water swims, and triathlons including Ironman distance events, so he's had plenty of time to think!
