Direct interaction and primary project manager on system product installations by prioritizing project goals/deadlines, project team selection, reviewing and discussing key implementation decisions, work flow design, go-live readiness plans, customer work flow training and support, and post-live checkups.
Managing complex communication service and data product projects for companies with a national and Canadian presence.
Knowledge of voice and Internet services ranging from a single T1 facility, MPLS network, and Ethernet/fiber connectivity to data managed services.
Experience selling communication products and data integration products (Adtran, AllWorx, Cisco, Nortel, Shoretel, and Siemens) ranging in project size from single office site to multi-point network.

Billie holds two University degrees---a Masters in Public Administration focusing on Management Information Science and a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. Her Master’s thesis, "The Computer Security Act of 1987," allowed her the opportunity to gain a better understanding of the important role that the Internet and voice services would take in shaping the way we live and conduct business.
