With an MBA from The University of Michigan, Stephen M. Ross School of Business and BSc from The Florida State University, School of Business, Bill has held many of the key management roles in sales management, marketing, finance, vehicle distribution strategic planning, aftersales operations, customer experience, supplier/vendor management, OEM, franchise development, as well as global and regional areas of the industry. In addition, As Aston Martin's Regional Manager, Bill lead his region to achieve new levels of dealer profitability and cooperation in true partnership.

Currently in the role of Director of Dealer Development at BYD, Bill is leading the launch of the worlds largest EV manufacturer in the U.S. His previous roles include Senior Manager Business Development – Hyundai Motor America – Genesis Division, Senior Commercial Manager – Nissan Motor Company, Regional Manager at Aston Martin and Senior Manager at Mercedes-Benz. Additionally, while Senior Dealer Development Manager at Mercedes-Benz USA, Mr. Norman installed vital systems that enabled increased sales growth with improved brand “share of voice” by implementing new corporate identity throughout the dealership network in the United States market.

Currently, Mr. Norman is rapidly establishing essential business processes in his role with BYD. By implementing Six Sigma processes as well as Google’s Site Reliability Engineering methodologies, the company will set a secured course for profitability in the U.S. market.

Bill enjoys restoration of older classic American and European sports cars as avid hobby, attending car shows and judging at various auto enthusiast events across the country.
