Bill worked in the financial industry for 25 years, and specialized in employee benefits and pensions. Bill is the founder of Fair Pensions For All, an advocacy group focusing on public sector pension and compensation issues. He also wrote a best-seller book, Pension Ponzi.
Bill has appeared before the House of Commons and House of Senate, provincial and municipal governments as an expert on labour and pension affairs. He was invited by the Ontario Finance Minister to attend and participate in the Roundtable on Retirement Security as an industry expert, where he represented the Chamber of Commerce. He was invited as a special guest of the California Foundation for Fiscal Responsibility in 2011 to the Bootcamp for Elected Officials on pension reform in Irvine, California.
Active in political organizing Bill has run several political campaigns including the Drew Barnes leadership campaign for the Wildrose Party, Vic Fedeli Conservative Leadership campaign organizer and policy advisor to People's Party of Canada. As well he has run several federal political election campaigns.
GOTV Hamilton was a political television series on Cable14 television in Hamilton Ontario and Bill was the Executive Producer for that series.

As a political and policy advisor on pension matters, Bill has advised Members of Parliament, the Canadian Federation of Independent Business (CFIB), the Canadian Taxpayers Federation, and written pension policy for the Canadian Chamber of Commerce.
Bill's recently has written articles for Western Standard and the Epoch Times. His work has been covered in all major Canadian newspapers and including the Toronto Star,and the Globe and Mail. His articles have appeared in the National Post, MontrealGazette, St John Telegraph Journal, and Moncton News
