Since June 2018 I have been Director Of Customer Success at Herefish. I lead our team that is in charge of onboarding new clients, providing support to existing clients, and ensuring all clients get the most out of the technology through proactive reach out, webinars, tutorials, and more.

Prior to Herefish I worked for an independent staffing firm for close to 5 years. The first 2+ as a full desk recruiter (we did our own business development in addition to candidate recruitment).

For the last 2+ years I transitioned into a role in which I was our

Database Architect
- Conducted complete overhaul of 30+ year Database
- 15+ year Bullhorn Customers

Internal Process Engineer
- Analysing all internal processes for candidates, clients, and internal staff and increasing efficiency

And 3rd Party Technology Specialist
- Looking out to the marketplace to see what technologies could be leveraged and ensuring we got the most value possible from them.

Believe it or not I was one of the first Herefish Customers! I have been automating either through Herefish or other mechanisms since early 2016.

I leverage all of those experiences to help our clients anyway I can get more value from Herefish.
