I strive to be the best I can be, in everything I do. Learning and self-refinement I envision being a life long journey. I love taking on new challenges, which is why I am so excited to be at ETS.

Besides my beautiful daughter, my biggest passion is baseball. 20+ years of experience, including playing/coaching collegiately and professionally, has provided me lessons that extend beyond the diamond. Baseball, like life, is a game of failure. How one deals with and learns from failure determines who will be successful.

I am a firm believer in prioritizing process over results; I find it is more important to focus on aspects one can control. In my experience, when the process is perfected desired results derive naturally.

I love to think, read, and write. I try to enjoy each of moment of life to its fullest. Hang around me long enough and chances are high you will hear me sing off key notes; I love karaoke!
