Hey there, I’m Bimbola Banjo Osagie. I’m a Property Investor living in Kent, I have been investing in properties since 2005 when I bought my first property in London UK. I then went on to invest in some more properties and continued to educate myself utilising the different strategies and tools of investment. Up until 2018, I worked full time as a Market Risk Change Analyst in an Investment Bank in the City of London UK and part time investing in properties. After the successful completion of my first commercial to residential project, I decided to transition full time into Property Development and since completed a few more projects.

I believe property is a wealth building strategy and I am keen to teach and help others achieve the same.

I have so far in the last 14 years bought Family BTLs (Buy To Lets), Commercial Conversions, Repossessed Properties, Auction Properties, HMO (House in Multiple Occupation, Serviced Accommodation, Lease Options and also have some R2Rs (Rent to Rent)

My other interests include podcasting, mentoring and actively seeking creative ways of making money.

I am married with 4 children.
