Bing Voorham
Co-Founder in Spain
Bing Voorham is a talented real estate professional in Spain, working as CEO and Founder of OKAIZO International and in real estate as a luxury property developer.
With more than 40 years of experience working in real estate, Bing still fondly recalls his first interaction with real estate when, as a child, he saw his parents celebrating with their real estate agent about the sale of their home. The experience stuck with him and quickly blossomed into a robust career. Throughout the years, he’s acquired experience in real estate as both an agent and a developer, giving him an edge on knowing what works with both sides.
As a real estate developer, Bing Voorham has made it his personal philosophy to work exclusively with contractors and freelancers in the field. Since the market is constantly rapidly evolving, this helps Bing ensure that he’s consistently working with people who have newer, faster, better, and more efficient ways to handle processes and not getting stuck in the routine and falling behind the curve.
Bing Voorham has distinguished himself in the real estate industry through his understanding of the foreign market and his insights into what people are looking for. Working primarily in Spain, centered around Barcelona and Ibiza, he understands that - while most Spanish houses are built for natives - many ex-pats who look to retire in Southern Spain are looking for their familiar Northern-European styles and designs to be mixed into the architectural aesthetic. Combining his knowledge of the industry and market with his competent grasp of the native culture and language, Bing is able to aid purchasers from the foreign market and act as a guide, helping to make their transition seamless. The result? Projects that are unique in their architectural design and stand out in the purpose they serve.
As a real estate professional, Bing Voorham tries to fill the white space in the market that often exists between what a client wants and needs and the architect and developers’ vision of what they want to create. Bing tries to find the middle point: create something that is beautiful while also serving the needs of the client - always keeping usability and utility at the forefront.
