George Goodman
Psychologist and Personal Trainer
Hey, I'm George — and I've spent most of my adult life obsessed with one question: Why do some people age gracefully, stay sharp, and feel alive well into their 70s, 80s, and beyond — while others fade early?
I'm a biohacker — someone who believes your biology isn't your destiny. It's your starting point.
My journey into longevity didn't begin in a lab. It began with watching people I loved grow old before their time — tired, inflamed, medicated, and disconnected from the bodies they once had. I knew there had to be a better way. So I spent years sitting at the intersection of medicine, psychology, and human performance, learning how the mind, body, and cellular biology talk to each other — and how we can intervene.
Today I work with everyday people who want to feel younger than their age, think clearer, move better, and actually enjoy the decades ahead. Whether it's optimizing your sleep and stress hormones, reversing early metabolic decline, rebuilding your relationship with your body through movement, or retraining the mental patterns that accelerate aging — I bring the full picture.
What I believe:
- Your body wants to heal. You just have to stop fighting it.
- Longevity isn't about living forever. It's about living fully, for longer.
- The best version of you isn't behind you — it's still ahead.
If you're ready to take your health seriously and play the long game, I'd love to connect.
Let's add years to your life — and life to your years.
