Biplab Subedi motivates youth to do social work and practice leadership. He is a co-founder of business enterprises namely Eagle Vision IT Pvt. Ltd. (Web & Mobile Application Development Company), eVision Themes (WordPress Themes Development Company), Integrated Learning Institute (Professional Training Institute & HR Agency), Global Fellowship Nepal (International Cultural Exchange Company). He has practiced leadership in several occasions including serving as a President of Leo District Council 325 B1, Nepal on 2012/13. He has also been contributing to Nepalese debate movement through Debate Network Nepal.He loves travelling, collecting Nepalese cultural music, playing guitar and dribbling basketball.
