Biplas offers design, development and the manufacture of plastic injection moulding, insert moulding, mouldmaking, assembly and packaging to clients throughout the UK, Europe and USA. The company, which is based in Llantrisant South Wales, originally started out in 1992 and has 40 years of experience in the Injection Moulding sector.

We are currently developing a 3D process to produce prototype tooling to enable low cost moulding options in the production moulding material. The has major benefits over rapid prototyping which only has limited material available.

We source our production injection mould tooling in the UK and from our approved Far East source which is managed by our Engineers in Hong Kong.
