Bishop Kenneth Ulmer

Bishop Kenneth Ulmer has served as a teacher and senior pastor at Faithful Central Bible Church in Inglewood, California, since 1982. Four years after joining the church, he earned a PhD from the Grace Graduate School of Theology in Long Beach. He had previously studied broadcasting and music at the University of Illinois. He continued his religious education at the Southern California School of Ministry, where he was awarded an honorary doctor of divinity degree. In 1999, he complemented his earlier academic achievements with a doctor of ministry degree from the United Theological Seminary in Dayton, Ohio. While conducting his religious studies, Bishop Kenneth Ulmer helped the church ministry grow from about 300 individuals to several thousand.

Dr. Ulmer is also an author, having written five books over the course of his career. Some of his titles include A New Thing, In His Image, and Making Your Money Count. Additionally, he supports several charitable organizations, such as the Los Angeles Urban League and the Red Cross.
