Bishop Wayne T. Jackson is not just a senior pastor or an astute business leader but he is also an advocate for those in need. Throughout the years Bishop Jackson has been instrumental in helping revitalize and develop the lives of people everywhere. Whether in his local community or abroad Bishop Wayne T. Jackson has built a legacy of giving back. Bishop Jackson’s mission is to help uplift people both through their spiritual needs as well as their physical needs. In the past, Bishop Wayne T. Jackson has experienced financial hardships himself and knows what it feels like to go without. Through Bishop Jackson’s faith in God and diligence he has overcome many obstacles and now teaches others how to do the same in their lives.
A vital portion of Bishop Jackson’s ministry is to help those that cannot help themselves. He is a strong advocate of feeding, clothing, and housing the poor. He has taken men off of the streets into his own home, to help them get their lives back on track and endeavors to one day start a transitional home for men. Bishop Wayne T. Jackson has also gone to ailing countries in Africa, taking the Gospel of Jesus Christ and much needed medical supplies, food, computers and books. When Hurricane Katrina ravaged New Orleans, Bishop Jackson took trained ministers with supplies for the distressed region. He brought bus loads of the Hurricane victims back to Detroit where the proper and essential provisions were given to them to enable them to start their lives over. Under Bishop Jackson’s administration, he has developed and implemented several programs to help the underprivileged and has ministered to them both spiritually and naturally. As the founder of Wayne T. Jackson Ministries his out-reach ministry, he ministers the Gospel to the sick, shut-in, incarcerated, senior citizens, and others across the country. He has been called to bring the demonstration of the God’s power and love to the world.Bishop Wayne T. Jackson is the founder and president of The Impact Network. The only African-American founded and operated National Christian TV network in the United States.
