Bisola Akintorinwa is a Certified Community Development Leader and also an Acedemic Researcher dedicated to driving social impact and sustainable change across Nigeria. With strong experience in leadership, public administration, and project implementation, I have consistently demonstrated my ability to design and deliver people centered solutions that address pressing societal needs.

Bisola Achievement Includes Serving at Youth Development Forum PRO that bring about sustainable development in Nigeria.

My passion for education and youth development inspired the launch of the Bookpals Project, an initiative aimed at stimulating reading culture among primary school children in underserved communities. Through this project, my team and I at GivingAid distributed school supplies including textbooks, notebooks, pencils, crayons, and school bags to over 100 children in Makoko, Lagos. Beyond improving literacy and academic performance, the project earned recognition from local government leaders for its impact in promoting education and community based social services.

In 2023, i contributed significantly to the Unlocking and Harnessing African Talent Workshop, a program designed to expand access to quality education irrespective of financial background. I played a central role in proposal writing and fundraising, securing capital from corporate sponsors and ensuring the successful execution of the program. My leadership extended to build partnerships with media organizations, resulting in wide publicity and heightened awareness of the initiative’s goals.

Beyond project leadership, I have been an instrumental in mobilizing resources, fostering collaborations, and ensuring that every project under my care meets its intended objectives. My resilience, creativity, and public relations skills have positioned me as a changemaker passionate about breaking cycles of poverty, empowering young people, and fostering sustainable community development in Africa.
