Bissas Babu, currently working as an Officer – IE & Planning at Montrims Limited, where I focus on process optimization, operational planning, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency. Passionate about data-driven decision-making, I actively apply analytical approaches and industrial engineering concepts to improve workflow performance and support organizational goals.

With a strong foundation in Industrial Engineering practices, Six Sigma methodologies, MS Excel, process improvement techniques, and planning operations, I continuously seek opportunities to enhance efficiency and contribute to high-performance work environments.
