Executive Director in Uvira, Democratic Republic of the Congo
I'm an anti-corruption activist passionate about the role of civil society in promoting integrity and accountability. I have strong track record in implementing conflict transformation, social cohesion and peacebuilding and integrity building programs. Extensive experience in programme development, governance, peacebuilding and anti-corruption issues for local SCOs.
Current Executive Director of Centre de Recherche sur l'Anti-Corruption (CERC), I have a passion for integrity building, anti-corruption and community engagement. I work with youths and CSOS on anti-corruption strategy, planning and problem solving, and help them to develop skills and knowledge through a variety range of training programs and workshops.
From July 2013 to April 2017, I worked as Programme Manager at Fondation Chirezi (FOCHI) where I participated in various Peacebuilding and integrity building summits, workshops and conferences in Burundi, Nepal, Jordan, Kenya and Uganda, helping to integrate innovative learning strategies and creative in various peacebuilding and integrity building programs.
From march 2014 - April 2015, I worked with Congo Leadership Initiative (CLI) by providing entrepreneurship education to youths. During this period, I helped youths to develop business skills and knowledge through a variety range of business services.
Since April 2017, I serve as the Executive Director of Centre de Recherche sur l'Anti-Corruption (CERC), a non-partisan, non-profit organization that empowers citizens, through education and civic engagement, to advance transparency in public service delivery. I has already trained 64 community monitors in community integrity building whom monitored 113 public services including education and health services and 10 infrastructure projects.
