Kwon Y. Park is a Managing Director at Crypto.com. Previously, he was the Chief Strategy Officer at Bittrex Global and the Director of Business Development at Bittrex.

Before joining Bittrex, he served as Counsel at Delta Strategy Group where he assisted clients including exchanges, energy and agribusiness companies, trade groups, financial services firms, technology companies (e.g. token & blockchain), investment funds, and Fortune 500 companies on regulatory compliance, enforcement, and policy issues.

During college, Park was part of a start-up restaurant in Indianapolis, Indiana. Upon graduation, Park spent the summer as a U.S. Rep. for an international leather manufacturing company in Seoul, South Korea, negotiating and translating contractual agreements and JVs.

After his first year of law school, Park spent the summer as a law clerk for the Chief Deputy in the Indiana Office of the Attorney General and studied abroad with Duke University School of Law at the University of Hong Kong. In his second year of law school, Park was a legal intern for the SEC’s Office of International Affairs and the CFTC’s Office of Chief Counsel in the Division of Enforcement. In his third year of law school, Park received the J.B. and Maurice C. Shapiro Public Service Fellowship for his outstanding government service, and served as a legal intern in the CFTC’s Division of Swap Dealer and Intermediary Oversight.

In 2014, Park was a legal intern in the Office of CFTC Commissioner Scott D. O’Malia. In law school, Park served as the Executive Editor of the Forum on Law, Economics and Finance.

In 2015, Park was selected to participate in USC’s Network of Korean-American Leaders Fellowship Program, and as a Delegate to the Korea Foundation’s Next Generation Policy Expert Forum at the UN Headquarters in New York City and Seoul, South Korea. In 2016, Park was selected to participate in the Overseas Korean Foundation’s 19 Annual Future Leaders Conference in Seoul, South Korea. Currently, Park serves as a program coordinator for the American Bar Association and as organizer of the Blockchain Technology Law & Policy Meetup with over 1000 members.

Park received his Bachelor of Science in 2010, with a double major in Finance and Entrepreneurship & Corporate Innovation from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University Bloomington and his Juris Doctor in 2014, from the George Washington University Law School. He is admitted to the New York State Bar and the D.C. Bar.
