Caroline Bjälstam
Artist, Writer, and Realtor in Alfaz del Pi
My name is Caroline, and I am a licensed Real Estate Agent based in Costa Blanca, Spain. Originally from Sweden, I moved to Spain in 2006 and have lived here since then. Before starting my career in Real Estate, I spent nine years working in the banking sector.
In 2014, I founded my own company, Villas al Sol, and have been helping clients find their perfect homes ever since. My native language is Swedish, but I’m also fluent in English and Spanish. I understand Norwegian and Danish, and I’m currently learning French.
Writing has always been a passion of mine, and a few months ago, I finished my first book – soon to be published. I also composed a few pieces on the piano that I published on Youtube.
I hold a Master’s degree in Social Science with a major in Business Administration, and I am a licensed Real Estate Agent through university-level certification.
I’m a proud Rotarian and the founding President of Rotary L'Alfàs del Pi Internacional. Voluntary work has always been an important part of my life.
